Accurately and efficiently produces pastry products according to recipes and direction provided by the Pastry Chef. Works in a clean and organized manner. Communicates any product needs to the Pastry Chef or Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare a variety of pastry products including baked goods, ice creams, confections, and more for plated presentations, buffets, and amenities. - Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served. - Multi-task whenever possible to ensure necessary production needs are met. - Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. - Timely and accurately completes prep list including stocking, rotating and clean-up. - Maintains a clean and sanitary work station. - Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. - Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. - Performs other related duties as assigned by Pastry Chef or manager-on-duty. - Remains calm in stressful situations. QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel. - Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. - Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. - Schedule flexibility to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
