This position is responsible for preparation, scheduling and ensuring the quality of all foods and supplies. Monitors and maintains accurate production records. Individual must develop and practice leadership skills and the ability to supervise. Responsible for culinary team training programs, safety compliance and monitoring equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Train, supervise and work with all kitchen staff to prepare, cook and present food according to standard - Ensures recipes are extended to the culinary team - Fills out the inventory guides and fills purchase order forms - Adheres to the HAACP and good safety practices - Maintains cleanliness of all food prep and production areas - Assists the chefs in maintaining a high level of quality and service - Supports the company brand promise and adhere to the company training program - Performs other duties as assigned ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - 5 years of previous line experience preferred; previous supervisory experience preferred - Good communication skills - Able to read and understand recipe cards - Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred - Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills - Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen - Ability to lift, carry and pull up to 40 pounds - Regular and reliable attendance
