Manage accounting practices, establish goals, and build and supervise a great team to ensure the accounting department is running efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:

Two to Four years of hotel and/or restaurant Accounting experience required. M3 experience is a plus. Responsibilities include, but are never limited to: 1. Manage all aspects of the preparation of the financial and managerial reports. 2. Reconcile Balance Sheets Monthly 3. Assist Director of Finance in the preparation of the yearly budget and monthly forecasts. 4. Demonstrate expertise in all facets of the Accounting discipline including but not limited to (AP, AR, Income Audit, Payroll, Taxes, COGS, General Ledger Maintenance, and Audit Compliance). 5. Provide vision and supervision to Accounting team. 6. Prepare and manage Standard Operating Procedures of theWit's accounting practices. 7. Make recommendations of more efficient and effective accounting practices to Director of Finance. 8. Ensure integrity of all hotel/F&B finances and books. 9. Prepare and analyze weekly cost of goods sold report. 10. Recommend and manage internal control policies that protect company assets and are efficient for operations. 11. Provide communication across all levels of management. 12. Celebrate our culture of individualism, engagement, having fun and evolving theWit experience for every guest every time. 13. Recognize the importance of literature, humor, music, science, theatre and culinary arts in making theWit more experience than hotel. 14. Represent the hotel in a positive manner at all times. 15. Exemplify the hotel's Standard Code of Conduct and all other regulations established by management and Employee Handbook. 17. Lead theWit experience as instructed by the hotel leaders.
