Responsibilities will include:

RESPONSIBILITIES: •Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services for diners. •Greet guests, escort them to tables and provide menus. •Address complaints of patrons. •Assign work tasks and coordinate activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service to patrons. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. •High school diploma or general education degree (GED) •2-3 years related experience and/or training •Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. •Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. •Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. •Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. •Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. •Ability to stand for long periods of time; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear and taste or smell. Frequent climbing, balancing, stopping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. •Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. •Regular and reliable attendance.
