Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe sanitary work environment.
Responsibilities will include:
•Prepare drink garnishes, such as wedges and twists of lime, lemon and orange.
•Prepare pre-mixed drinks.
•Arrange the garnishes and cocktail supply area so that the oldest items get used first in order to minimize waste.
•Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
•Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
•Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
•Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
•Have knowledge of properly storing, rotating and maintaining products according to Servesafe standards.
•Maintain Health department minimal standards in regard to food supply.
- Open availability in terms of scheduling as schedule will rotate based on business levels
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
